Although the pub is just across the yard, the room was quiet and peaceful. The pub itself has really good food, drinks, and service, with pleasant indoor and outdoor areas. The room was spacious and well equipped, with a large comfy bed, a hot, powerful shower, and strong WiFi. Several top wineries are within walking or cycling distance, and it’s great value for money. Definitely recommend.

They offer pickup and a ride back to the location, which is a GREAT service. Great beers, good food, lots on tap, and really good service from lovely people. I loved the atmosphere and the beers. The new owners have nailed it. Keep up the good vibe!

The accommodation was clean, quiet, and ideally located for the wineries, with pickup and drop-off tours available. We were well looked after by the amazing staff. Great pub, good atmosphere, and a nice selection of beers. Thanks again to Angela and the staff.

The staff were so kind and welcoming, and our dinner was delicious. The steak and chowder were 10/10. Definitely stop by for a fabulous meal!

The room was nice and the shower was great, while the bed was okay. What let the meal down was the pub food. For $29, I expected more than one piece of fish in what seemed like hot dog batter, plus chips and a rather tired salad that looked as if it had been sitting out on the bench on a hot day. They offered me another piece of fish, but I’d already waited nearly an hour, even though I’d been told 20 minutes. There weren’t that many people there, either.
