The shared showers and the washing machines and dryers need coins, so bring some along. We stayed one night on a powered site with our campervan. The facilities were nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. 😊

At $120pn, the converted container unit felt pretty reasonable. It was in a convenient area, easy to reach on foot or by car, and the staff were really friendly. We stayed in a one-bedroom unit, which was clean, warm, and comfortable. They’d also left coffee, tea, sugar, and hot chocolate for us.

Room 7 had great beds and a great shower, and was very comfortable for our one-night stay on 24 Aug 2024. The concern was the man and kids staying in room 6. He tossed cigarette butts onto my car, which I saw on my dash cam. I know that isn't the motel owners' fault, but be aware of who else is staying there. Vandalism and disrespect toward other guests aren't acceptable.

Our unit was comfortable and nice, with parking right out front. We spent 4 nights there at the end of 2024, and liked how clean the place was. The staff were friendly, the location was excellent, and the price was very good. It's now our favourite place to stay in Nelson. Highly recommended. Thanks!

We'd planned to stay one night in the van, but it had a problem and needed to go to the mechanic. The guy at reception was so nice and found us a room at the last minute, with a small discount. He turned what had been a horrible day around. We stayed for 3 nights, and everything was clean and perfect. Highly recommended!
