The owners were helpful even though they speak little English and mainly Korean. The rooms are dated, but everything still worked, and the water pressure was great. We didn’t watch TV. Both units only had a bar of soap, so bring shampoo and body wash. On our first night the door lock broke, and they moved us to another room. One odd thing, the toilet can spray when flushed, so stand back.

There was plenty of parking, and the location made it easy to get to the city centre and shops. Our room was spacious, quiet, clean, and had comfortable beds, good built-in heating, and a kitchen area. The owner was really kind and friendly. The place has an old-fashioned charm but is well kept and warm and welcoming. It was just right for a peaceful, comfortable break. I’d definitely recommend it. A+++ experience!

We only needed somewhere simple for three nights, and this place did the job. It could use some updating, but the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The shower pressure was fantastic, though the base might need replacing. We arrived early and the owner let us into our ready room, then showed us around. He was very nice. It was a great stay, and we’d come back. Thanks.

We appreciated being able to cook our own food here, since most motels don’t allow that. The owner was kind to us, too. It’s an older, fairly small place, but there was enough space for our small family or a few friends to rest for a day or several. The rooms had an old-fashioned feel, like a grandmother’s house, which made them comfortable. The separate little spa pool also felt very traditional, almost 1970s style. If you’re after a quiet, hometown sort of atmosphere, I’d recommend it. On a rainy day it even felt like being in a romantic movie for a moment.
