We had a smooth check-in and really liked how close Arista of Rotorua is to the town centre. There was plenty of privacy, and the whole group would happily return. The place had lots of beds and rooms, which made it easy to change who shared with whom if someone needed an early night or was a light sleeper. The spacious kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee and milk, and we especially liked the filter coffee bags. There were lots of charging ports and extension boards, and the shower products were good quality. The make-up remover wipes were a particularly nice touch.

We stayed with the family in the loft-style rooms and really liked the place. It's just down the road from the main shops, and the lovely ladies serviced the rooms every day. Definitely coming back when we're in the Rotovegas.

The room had a hot tub we didn't end up using. I really liked the large bedroom up on the mezzanine, the comfortable bed and amazing pillows. The bedlinen was very cool too.

The kids loved the playground, and having a private spa was a nice extra. We also appreciated the built-in Chromecast, free Wi-Fi and parking, and the location was handy for most attractions. For our family of six, the apartment had plenty of space. The downsides were the single bathroom downstairs and cleanliness that could've been better. The bathroom and spa felt worn, the towels smelled unpleasant, and the light switches were dirty.

We had a great stay as a family of five. The room had everything we needed, with plenty of space, comfortable beds and extra towels for the hot tub. After a long day out exploring, that tub was very relaxing. There was free Wi-Fi, laundry access and major attractions nearby. The manager made us feel at ease, was friendly and easy to talk to, and helped us out with parking. I really appreciated that. He was the best, and Boris the cat was lovely company too. I liked that the manager was only a scooter ride away. We'd absolutely recommend the place and come back.
