With our 3 and 2 year old along, I ended up buying a mop and cleaning the floors myself. They were filthy, and it was obvious they hadn't been mopped in ages. The surfaces felt gritty too and needed wiping down. I'd expect much better cleanliness in any kind of accommodation.

We were left waiting outside for 50 minutes because the entry PIN hadn't been emailed, and no one returned my calls. The property managers are in England and weren't on site. We also hadn't been told the kitchenette was shared, which felt like false advertising.

The air conditioning in both rooms was out, and there was no ventilation. The place was disgusting too, with marks all over the walls and snot on them. We stayed last night. I wouldn't recommend it.

The bathroom needs attention: the basin had come away from the wall, there were hairs in it, and the toilet seat moved when you sat down. The blind roller was rusty, so I was afraid to use it in case it broke. Our room and kitchen keys were broken, so we had to leave them unlocked. This place is badly in need of maintenance.

The entrance stairs were filthy, and inside the floors were sticky and dirty. The sheets hadn't been changed and had hair on them, while the rug had bits of food. Wouldn't recommend.
