We chose Waipuna after visiting a number of venues, partly because we could pick our own vendors and Sarah made us feel so welcome on our first visit. We got married there in Nov’ 2025 and loved every moment. Sarah, Katrin, and the whole team were phenomenal on the day and fantastic through the organizing process. We're so grateful to Waipuna and can't thank them enough.

Sarah helped us from the very start, when we had no idea how to plan a wedding, and made each step easier and less stressful. We learned a lot along the way, and everything was always so well organized. Her hard work and care made the whole day run smoothly. Fiona was also so kind and helpful, assisting us early in the morning and throughout the day. My husband and I kept saying how lucky we were to have Sarah and the Waipuna team organizing the wedding. The planning and the day itself were beautiful, and every detail was what we'd hoped for and more. We're so grateful to them for making it unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a special day! ❤️

Having accommodation right at Waipuna Estate made our wedding experience easier and more special. The venue was beautiful, with an amazing atmosphere and a lovely setting for both the ceremony and reception. Everything flowed so well. Sarah was wonderful through the final planning stages and on the day itself. She kept everything calm, organized, and under control, thinking of things before they became problems and taking so much stress off us. She was warm and professional, and knowing she was handling everything meant we could relax and enjoy the day. We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator.

Clear upfront pricing, quick, easy communication, and great support on the day made planning with Waipuna straightforward. Sarah and the team were fantastic from our first visit through to the day after our November 2025 wedding. Everything was taken care of without drama, and Sarah made sure the ceremony went perfectly. I appreciated the emails, planning meeting, tools, and helpful recommendations. Katrin was our wonderful florist, and our event manager on the night was amazing, friendly, and super helpful. I can't recommend Waipuna highly enough.

Planning help, the chance to stay at the beautiful venue, and the care we received on the wedding day all made our time with Waipuna incredible. They helped create our perfect wedding, and our guests still talk about the day and venue. My husband and I are so grateful to Waipuna for giving us our dream wedding.
