6/10
The owner was helpful and accommodating when we had some other issues, and helped find a solution. Still, for what we paid, it was a low quality stay. There were lots of ants in the bathroom, with dead piles in the corners, though a few live ones coming in through the back door weren't a big deal. The fridge didn't seem to work properly and froze all our groceries. Some drawers were grubby, and one blanket was stained.

I accidentally booked one night instead of two, and by the time I tried to fix it, that room type was fully booked. Andy handled it pragmatically and made the adjustment without fuss, including arranging our late check-in. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the location was great. I'd stay again.

Good-sized rooms at a reasonable price. Everything was clean and modern, and the shower pressure was good.

The kids' play area was a great idea for our one-year-old, and the service was great. Fantastic motel and a great price. We'll definitely book again.

The room was pretty average, and the sofa was in poor shape.
