The staff were polite and helpful, and everything felt well organised. My partner and I had a lovely time at the water park. It was clean, well maintained and peaceful, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it a nice place to spend time together. We made some lovely memories and would happily visit again.

We arrived straight off the motorway, and the friendly women at reception welcomed us. Our 9m caravan fitted on the powered grass site, though the spot was tight and there wasn’t room for the car. That was okay for our one night. We had to leave early because of the storm, so didn’t get to use the pools. The facilities were lovely and clean. The unisex toilets and showers felt a little odd, but were okay. Easy to find, and we’ll stay again.

I pitched my tent on a nice flat site with plenty of room for the vehicle and the picnic table they provided. The trees and hedges between sites give you a bit of privacy and make it feel like your own space. Toilets, showers and basins were clean, bright, spacious and easy to use, and the kitchen had plenty of room and everything needed to cook some kai. Guests also get a discount at the hot pools, which is a great touch. Really awesome camping ground. I’ll stay again.

The hot pools are well worth a visit, especially after a day out on the lake or riding the many bike trails. They’re great for your body and soul. The staff are super friendly, the campsites are great, and the kitchen and bathrooms are spacious and always clean. Highly recommend staying for a few days. I’ll be back.

The capped Wi-Fi was slow, and you have to pay if you go over the limit, despite it being advertised as free. That was my only real complaint. We stayed two nights in a superior studio, which was clean, had comfortable beds and was a short walk from the thermal pools. The staff were friendly, and the studio had everything else a family with kids needs. We’d go back.
