The breakfast pack was great, and the host gave us a really nice welcome. Everything was well equipped and super comfortable, and the location is handy for Taupo’s main attractions. We felt very relaxed by the time we left. This retreat definitely lives up to its name and feels luxurious. I’ve also mentioned it in my blog.

We were welcomed warmly for our Christmas break, from 24-29 Dec, with a lovely spread of treats and a delicious bottle of wine. The property was immaculate and felt like a home away from home, with everything we needed and more. It’s a wonderful place for a quiet getaway, and we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend booking here. 🤗 🥂

The cottage is immaculate, stylish, and packed with all the little extras. It feels like a secret garden, especially when you’re sitting in the spa with a drink under the stars. Town is only a five-minute drive away. Couldn’t recommend it more.

The breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary wine, chocolate, and cookies were lovely touches. We absolutely loved the peaceful setting and everything this beautiful cottage offers. Thank you, Ian, for the quality of the property, both inside and out.

We stayed three nights while visiting Taupo and couldn’t recommend this beautiful place more. It’s peaceful, has everything you need, including a hot tub, and the hosts are lovely. Taupo centre is only a few minutes’ drive away.
