Four of us bikers shared a fully equipped home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Great value. We all agreed that next time we’d stay here for 7-10 days, using it as a base to ride a different direction each day and see the roads and sights. It’d also be a lovely place to relax on a day off the bikes. Whether you’re touring by bike or car, Taupo makes a good base for day trips to the volcano district, including mts Ruapehu & Tongariro, Lake Taupo cruise, Huka falls, Waitomo caves, Hobbit town, The Forgotten World Hwy, Rotorua and the lakes district, Tauranga, and Napier. Tui Glen has everything you need. Thoroughly recommended, do yourself a favour and book here.
