I felt so uncomfortable there, and I won't stay again or recommend it. The room was cold, there were no door locks or privacy, and the pillow smelled like somebody else's body odour. The man made rude, unwelcoming remarks, and the dogs were loose, jumping up and biting us while he did nothing to stop them. The deal promised breakfast, but we didn't get it. The milk was warm and had been left outside the door.

The place was really clean and comfortable, and the quiet was exactly what I needed. The people were lovely, and they made us a beautiful breakfast the next morning.

I send my business guests here when I want them to have an experience unlike the hotels we usually stay in. The owners are fabulous, and all my clients rave about them. Honestly, I almost don't want to leave a good review because I don't want the place getting so popular that I can't book it when I need to. Please don't publish this 😁.

It takes a little effort to get off the beaten track, but the location is awesome and well worth it. John and Christine were great hosts, and John makes a delicious breakfast.

The hosts were superb, and I had a really relaxing stay. The views were amazing, and breakfast was a lovely home-style meal. I'd definitely come back.
