The view was beautiful, and the rooms felt just like home. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts and had a fantastic stay with Adrienne and Garth. Their hospitality went above and beyond, including helping us when we had to leave in pouring rain. Many thanks from Kim and Bruce.

We arrived without a booking, and Garth welcomed us and was accommodating throughout our stay. He and Adrienne were wonderful hosts, and we're already making plans to come back. The place was cozy, with amazing views, a very tidy, well-presented room, a comfortable bed, and everything we needed. It was a lovely experience, highly recommended.

The location was ideal, close to town but far enough away to feel quiet and peaceful. We got great advice on places to eat, and breakfast had a wide range of options. The hosts were amazing and flexible about check-in. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful gardens and views, and the spa was a lovely extra. I look forward to staying here again.

The peaceful garden looks out over the horse racing track, and the sunsets are lovely. This pleasant B&B just outside Thames is a great base for exploring the Coromandel Penninsula.

The place is in a scenic spot, with town nearby. Adrienne and Garth are so friendly and caring, and the accommodation was clean with all the amenities. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was excellent. We loved our stay and highly recommend it. ❤️
