There were around seven other people who'd arrived too, and it took an hour for someone to show up and explain what was happening. Nine people in a three-bedroom house wasn't going to work. I booked a room for Ed Sheeran, but arrived to find the place locked and nobody there. I was told the owner was in London, though someone from the other group had spoken to him the day before. He gave two different names and had several phone numbers. It felt like I'd essentially been scammed, and I was unimpressed. The toilet didn't work, and there was mold and water damage in the bedroom. With the concert on, I couldn't find anywhere else, so I stayed in the room I'd booked. I wouldn't recommend it. Spend your money elsewhere. I wasn't given a refund, and I presume the other group wasn't either. Definitely look into where you're staying.
