The grounds are incredibly well kept, and everything feels clean, tidy and cared for. Top 10 Timaru is such an easy, relaxed stay with kids. They had heaps to keep busy with, from the great playground and pillow tramp to ping pong, a tennis game and a kids' room. The family facilities are fantastic. We had an awesome time and would absolutely come back!

We had a wonderful weekend in our motorhome, with decent sized pitches. The park and facilities were super clean and very well maintained. Reception staff were extremely helpful, and I really appreciated the spotless ablution blocks and warm ladies, even in summer when it was cold outside. Great laundry facilities, including irons. There was also a cute, friendly cat on site.

We only spent one night on an unpowered site, but would have loved to stay longer. The receptionist was super nice and shared advice about the Timaru penguins. A super cute, friendly cat greeted us too. The kitchen, bathroom, lounge and family bathroom all looked tidy and homely. The bathroom floor got a bit slippery after a shower, so be careful.

Everything was clean and tidy, and the common rooms were great. There are very good kitchens, modern showers, a family shower room and a really comfortable laundry room. The playground is good too. You can walk to Pak‘n & Save, the beach and the city centre. A really good campsite that deserves the TOP10.

We stayed two nights in our caravan and were able to choose a site since it wasn't busy, which was fantastic with our large vehicle. The facilities were very clean and tidy, and the staff were extremely friendly. Recommend.
