The room felt cosy and welcoming, and Jacinta made us feel at home even though we arrived late. There are plenty of local sights to explore, so this is a lovely place to pause on a trip around the island. Breakfast was great too. We’ll be back, hopefully to try the pool next time.

Jacinta and her husband Mike made our stay a lovely one, and we’re planning to come back. The place is peaceful, with a beautiful atmosphere and a really nice layout. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and Jacinta was friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and ready for us when we got up, with nature all around to enjoy while we relaxed.

Everything was spotless and felt brand new, from the room to the superb bed and shower. Jacinta also made room for our last-minute booking and was accommodating with our 2 1/2 year old, who especially loved the play room. Breakfast was amazing too. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this B&B.

The beds were so comfortable that we all slept well despite being away from home, and the clean, spacious ensuites made the stay easy. Jacinta and Mike took care of every little detail with real affection. The kids felt loved by Jacinta, and breakfast was flexible and well looked after. We spent two lovely nights at 5 Acres B&B, which is conveniently close to Tokoroa town and within driving range of Rotorua and Taupo. We felt cosy, warm and secure, and would definitely recommend it.

We often stop here to split up the drive north. It’s a tidy, pleasant place with a lovely, kind host, a beautiful breakfast, and dogs are welcome. They added a single bed for a small extra charge. From here it’s convenient to reach Hamilton, Taupo, Cambridge and Rotorua. Ticks all the boxes 😇🤩.
