Right by the beach, with comfortable, clean beds, soft sheets and plenty of blankets. The unit was spotless and decorated in a really cute, coordinated way. Larrie and Tina have thought through all the little things, from the suction shower mat and electric hot plate to the hibiscus flower on the pen by the guest book. They provide everything you might need and are easy to reach if anything else comes up. I had a wonderful stay and enjoyed chatting with them. This is the best Bed and Breakfast I’ve stayed in, and I’m sure I’ll return. Thank you both so, so much 💕

The unit was lovely, and the beach is just two minutes away. Tina and Larrie were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They brought fresh fruit, breakfast foods and banana bread, and the bed was the most comfortable we’ve slept in. We’d love to come back one day and would highly recommend staying here ❤️

Homemade biscuits, fresh fruit on the table, and extra treats in the fridge and pantry made the stay feel special. We had a wonderful time, and Larry and Tina were so lovely and welcoming. We’d thoroughly recommend it to everyone!

My wife joined me this time while I was travelling for business, and the room worked really well for both of us while we did some sightseeing. I travel a lot and stay away regularly, and this is probably the best B&B I’ve experienced in New Zealand so far. The bathroom was extremely clean and a pleasure to use. The one thing I missed was a cold bottle of water in the fridge.
