We wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were lovely and helpful, and tried to meet our requests. Dinner was tasty and came in generous portions. The small bungalows are nicely decorated and comfortable, with views of Jebel Shams. Ours had a comfortable bed, AC, a small fridge, complimentary water, tea, and coffee. The bathroom had a great shower and bathtub, and there were two deck chairs for relaxing. A great place to unwind in nature.

We spent one peaceful night in the mountains. Our room was clean and a good size, with everything we needed. The water was hot, the bed comfortable, and the duvet kept us warm. The staff were fabulous, and dinner and breakfast came in big portions. The goats wander around and are very curious, so don't leave anything where they can see it, they'll come check if it's food. We woke in time for a full sunrise just outside our door, amazing. We arrived at 2pm and did a 2-hour round trip on the balcony walk, since it gets dark by 5.30pm this time of year. The full walk takes 3 hours. Proper walking boots are essential. You'll need a 4x4 to drive here, and we definitely needed one when returning to Dubai via Wadi damm.

The room was spotless and had a beautiful view, and both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The staff were attentive, always smiling, and super friendly. Big compliments to the whole team and management for the excellent service. A wonderful place to stay, highly recommended.

The natural view is stunning, and the place feels clean and elegant. Mohsin deserves a special thank you for being professional, kind, and attentive to the details. He handled everything smoothly. The service was excellent, and the stay went beyond expectations. Highly recommended!
