Breakfast was awful, with very little choice and poor quality. The employee in charge was rude and careless, and it felt like nobody cared about guests. The reception staff were also shockingly rude and unprofessional, offering no respect or help. From the moment I arrived, the room had an unbearable musty humidity smell, as if it hadn’t been cleaned or aired out in ages. I couldn’t relax in it. This was easily my worst hotel stay, and I’d tell others to avoid the place. It wasn’t worth the money or the frustration.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was a great experience. The hotel is in Al Khuwair and has a mountain view. Breakfast was the best.

The room looked nothing like the photos. It was old, smelled strongly of cigarettes, and had a connecting door that didn’t feel safe. Later that night, we asked for a bottle of water and were told it would be charged, which I found unacceptable. We arrived as a family with our 2-year-old at 2 PM, although check-in was at noon. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and made us wait 45 minutes. When I asked about the check-in time, he answered with an attitude and even asked what time I would vacate. That was a surprising thing to ask. Terrible experience, with very poor service, unprofessional staff, and misleading rooms. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location was perfect, with good connectivity and a quiet room. I liked the hotel’s decor and atmosphere. The room was clean, parking was ample, and staff were friendly. The rate wasn’t too high either.

I arrived with my family after booking a Deluxe Room in advance, but the staff said nothing was available and promised to give us a Suite Room instead. In the end, they assigned the same Deluxe Room I’d booked, not a suite. I was still overcharged. Poor management and false promises made this a tiring, disappointing experience. Worst experience.
