You can hear the waves from the rooms, and the beach is an easy walk away. There’s a playground for kids, a pool, a restaurant, and lots of other facilities. Great location, highly recommended!

I booked room F1 for 40 Omani Rial, but its air conditioner wasn’t cooling. The wooden furniture is in bad shape, though it could be repaired easily and cheaply. The chairs are completely worn out and worth less than one Omani Rial. There are only three poolside loungers, and they’re dilapidated too. None of this maintenance would cost much. I’m surprised the resort manager is content to leave the furnishings like this when it would take some responsibility and initiative to fix them.

The hotel is nice and clean for the area, with good facilities. It has three pools, including two for children, plus a playground with some kids’ games. There are covered barbecue spots with water, and a game room with table tennis, snooker, and a very old hockey table. The hotel also has a private beach and ATV bikes that are somewhat old. The rooms are small and have private bathrooms, but the shower room needs repair or replacement. It’s a quiet place, though a bit far from markets and restaurants. You can get to the center in about an 8-minute drive.
