We stayed as a family and had a lovely time. The staff were so welcoming, and the hotel was spotless. It’s also handy for everyday needs, with Bank Muscat and Bank Dhofar right beside it, plus a petrol station and supermarket nearby. Duqm Beach is about 9 kilometers away. The rates are very affordable, too.

The room was spotless, tidy, and had everything in its place. Staff were attentive, respectful, and easy to deal with. I only stayed one night at Dukam Plaza Hotel, but left completely satisfied. It’s affordable, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone coming to the area. A full 10 out of 10 for me.

The room was clean and basically OK, and the rest of the stay was alright. The reception guy, though, was harsh and unfriendly. When I asked him about a few things, he mocked me and acted uncivilized. He also used bad language toward his coworkers right in front of customers, which made me really uncomfortable. That guy at reception is a total lost cause.

The road leading in is still being built and isn’t paved. Inside, though, the hotel is new and clean, with very good Wi-Fi and a nice breakfast. I also liked chatting with the gentlemen at reception. They spoke to me like old friends.
