The room was clean, but we left after just one night. For 20 Riyals, it didn't feel worth it: the bathroom had no mat, and there were no tissues or drinking glasses. The TV wasn't connected, and when we asked, we were told it couldn't be set up for a one-day stay. The Wi-Fi barely worked. Breakfast wasn't complimentary, and the restaurant only had chappathi, paratha, and vegetable curry. We found a much nicer room at another hotel for the same 20 Riyals.

The quiet location helps make this a calm place to stay, and the service is pretty good. I've stayed here on my trips to Duqm, and it's always clean. The receptionists are especially kind and helpful, particularly Aquib and Zayed. Have a look at the jar of business cards at reception, too.

I wasn't keen on visiting Duqm, so I was pleasantly surprised by how well this stay turned out. Mr salahuddin was especially helpful and went out of his way to make sure things went well. The staff were very polite and always around when I needed help. I'd definitely recommend the hotel to anyone planning a visit to Duqm.

The breakfast we had was good, and the rooms and bathrooms were nice. The hotel provides the basic things you need to freshen up, though the refrigerator wasn't cooling.

I've been staying here for the past two months and recently brought my family along. It's a decent, comfortable place to stay in Duqm, and the location is a real plus: supermarkets are within walking distance, with a hospital right next door. The staff are polite and well-mannered, and always willing to go the extra mile to make things convenient. I sincerely recommend it for a pleasant stay.
