The location is the only thing this place has going for it. Customer service was terrible, and the staff were extremely arrogant. My room wasn’t clean at check-in, there were no tissues, and the wifi was awful. I asked for the room to be cleaned, but nobody did it for two days. The mattress was so uncomfortable, and the blanket was dirty. Very disappointed, and I’ll never stay here again.

The shower was nearly impossible to use because the water pressure was so weak, and the WiFi never reached our room. I reported the connection problem several times, but the front desk offered no fix or alternative. The maintenance staff member we spoke to about these issues seemed indifferent and made no effort to help. Those basic problems ruined the stay. I wouldn't return or recommend the hotel.

The location and room were acceptable, and staff wore face masks. But the room smelled of smoke throughout my stay, and the AC was noisy. One table leg was broken, there were only two sockets, and the lighting was dim. At check-in there were no towels or toilet paper, and the bathroom door wouldn't close. Breakfast was average with few choices. On the final night, the fire alarm rang for almost 30 minutes and nobody could sleep.

We had a good holiday, and the rooms were quite spacious.

A dirty, shabby hotel with bad food. I wouldn't recommend it.
