Serapis Hotel

I was really impressed by my stay at Serabis Hotel in Yogyakarta. The staff were courteous and friendly, and went out of their way to make things comfortable. Its traditional Javanese style mixed with modern design gives the property a distinctive, elegant feel. My room was spacious and well appointed, with a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, and mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean and the shower was excellent. The spa, fitness center, and swimming pool were all top-notch and added to the stay.

The pool and fitness center were well maintained, and breakfast buffet was a highlight. The on-site restaurant had tasty local and international food. Staff were warm and friendly, making check-in easy, and the decorated lobby was a nice first impression. The spacious, clean room had thoughtful design and comfortable furnishings. The location made it easy to explore the town and beach. Wi-Fi strength and outlet availability could be improved, but I’d recommend Serabis Hotel for its comfort, convenience, and charming feel.

Easy to reach and has a sea view. The price is reasonable, but don’t expect much service.

Mr Ahmed at reception was very good. The room was okay, but the service needs some improvement. The AC remote didn’t work, and water was clogging in the washroom.
