Mohammed at the pool bar made our vacation even better. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, always smiling and quick even when things got busy. He remembered what we liked and made the pool area feel so welcoming. Staff like him make you want to return. Our room was comfortable and clean, the atmosphere was relaxing, and service throughout the hotel went beyond what we expected. We had a wonderful stay and will recommend the hotel. Thanks, Mohammed, and we hope to come back!

The sea view was a real highlight, and the room was clean, with comfortable bedding and furniture in good shape. Breakfast had a decent range too, though it's best to arrive early since popular dishes run out. Service was a different story. The resort is far from the city, so after the journey we were tired, but there was no greeting or welcome drink. We had to chase reception several times to get check-in started, and this happened on two different days. Room service was just as frustrating: repeated calls to get an answer, then something missing when they arrived. It made us feel like a nuisance instead of guests. This was during Salalah’s dry season, said to be quieter, and I can't imagine what peak season is like. I won't return, not even for a free stay. Beautiful room, but the service was terrible.

The Italian restaurant was a pleasure, and the staff's genuine kindness was the best part of our stay. Mansour deserves a special mention for being professional, efficient, and so attentive. His care made us feel valued. We did have a few small issues with the towels, and sometimes it was hard to find a place by the pool or beach.

The staff really made my stay. Rashid in housekeeping did a great job with the rooms and was always kind and smiling. Mohamed at the pool bar gave 10/10 service and lifted my spirits, and Iftekhar at the Grill Station was excellent and made dining more enjoyable with his attitude. The Wyndham Garden has lovely common areas, especially the stylish, welcoming lobby. My room was very spacious and the huge pool was a highlight. The room interior is showing its age, though, and needs a renovation to match the lobby's standard. My view was disappointing too, overlooking an empty lot with construction debris and litter. There's great potential here, and with refreshed rooms and a better surrounding view, it could be perfect.
