Aerotel Muscat - Airport Transit Hotel

We had a lovely meal at Flight Club, with great, authentic food and genuine hospitality. Ms. Disha and the other staff took great care of us, though I’m sorry I can’t remember all their names. Oman Aerotel Muscat was a privilege to stay at. It was clean, quiet, and convenient, and the modern, spacious room was very nice and had amenities you’d expect at a 5-star hotel. Highly recommended 👌

Mr. Navneet Singh went out of his way to help my family through a stressful travel situation, making sure we had a comfortable room and a pleasant stay. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made the experience especially memorable. Our room at Aerotel Muscat was clean and comfortable, just right for a transit stay. Highly recommended for anyone passing through Muscat Airport. Thank you to Aerotel and especially Mr. Navneet Singh for the outstanding service!

Breakfast had lots of delicious choices, and we especially liked the fresh pancakes and omelets made at the live counter. Our room was huge, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The front office team was welcoming and helpful throughout. Prasoon was professional and very helpful, and Miss Lila took such good care of us with her kindness and support. We had a wonderful stay.

I noticed a lot of improvement since my last visit, especially in the check-in process. Ms Hanifa handled it quickly and smoothly after our long flight, and she was welcoming right through checkout. I had a happy stay. Next time, we’d like to book a 12-hour portion. Recommended!
