The staff are friendly, and the price is very competitive compared with other hotels, especially for a long stay. But the AC didn't work in any of the rooms, and maintenance never came despite my repeated complaints. The Wi-Fi only worked once every three days.

We booked a 1 BHK through eMushrif for institutional quarantine, travelling as a family with two kids. On arrival, we found the place filthy and in a terrible hygienic state. The photos say enough. The room service was awful, and the hotel “supervisor,” Mohamed, was unprofessional and unhelpful. Water leaked heavily from the AC for five days, the TV was out for four days, and trash left at the doorstep sat there for four or five days until we chased them repeatedly to take it away. We were told there would be three meal options and water, but for all ten days they served only one option, a quarter chicken with rice, and no water. We complained and asked for a change, but nobody listened or took responsibility. Since the booking was through eMushrif, we couldn't cancel. A terrible stay, a nightmare by every measure.

They offer a good discount, but don't go there. The lady in the massage room at Tiger Massage demands a lot of money.

The service was very bad. The towels were like floor-cleaning rags, the washroom was full of insects, and the beds and pillows smelled. The lift felt dangerous. You'd be lucky to get out alive.
