ASSALAAM O ALAIKUM I had a great stay at this lovely hotel for more than 12 days. At first, I was having trouble finding a room, and the reception team and bell boy Mr.Masoon helped me a lot. I also got to know Mr.Rashid, who was friendly, very helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. He even helped me choose an internet mobile plan and sort out a taxi, although those weren't his duties. Each evening after a hard day's work, he'd offer me tea and snacks, and it felt like a friendly get-together. I'll remember MR.Masoom the bell boy, sister Sonia at reception, and the other sister there too. I highly recommend Al Majd hotel. Best of luck...

I regret staying there and won't go back. There was noise all night, with doors banging and sounds everywhere. The taps were so rusty I couldn't even brush my teeth, and I didn't shower there. We had to ask for towels and tissue, but the guy only brought us one towel and no tissue. No room service, and the staff were completely unprofessional. Worst hotel I've ever seen.

I wasn't happy with the hotel. The ladies behaved badly and unprofessionally, and when I called the police, I got my money back after 3 hours. The TV wasn't smart, and the foreman just watched all this happen without offering a solution. Staff were sleeping at the hotel. What rubbish ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป If you're looking for a place to relax, don't come here. Very bad ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป

Customer service was horrible, and the staff were rude. The room and bathroom were in very bad condition, and they wouldn't refund the days I'd paid for in advance. This place would be better off staying closed. The worst hotel ever, I'd give it zero stars.
