The breakfast and other meals were very nice, and service was excellent. There’s plenty of parking. The hotel is very clean and sits in the heart of the city, with the airport only 7-8 minutes away. The rooms, bedsheets, and washrooms were all very clean and nice.

The filthy bed sheets were unacceptable and made me question the hygiene standards. Housekeeping was careless and didn’t do the job properly. Reception staff were rude, unprofessional, and no help at all. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The place has clearly gone downhill, and the service was beyond terrible. I’ll never return and strongly advise people to avoid it.

The pool was clean, and I liked it. The staff were friendly and easy to get along with. When I called, they answered right away. The noise from neighboring rooms was far too much, though, and the hotel didn’t seem to do much about it. I didn’t feel I had privacy because people in the next room could hear me.

The place is near everything in the city and has parking. I stayed for 3 days, and the room was really big and clean. Housekeeping were doing their best, and the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

We’ve been staying at carnelian hotel for 6 days. The room is really nice, and the swimming pool and its views are great. I’m very happy with the housekeeping staff, especially Ruhel Ahmed. He’s so kind and does his work really well. Thank you, @RUHEL AHMED 🙏🙏
