Mysk Al Mouj Hotel

Being in the Mouj resort area gives Mysk Hotel easy access while still feeling peaceful and exclusive. It's a good setting for either work or time off. The rooms were comfortable, nicely designed, and well maintained, and the hotel's calm, stylish atmosphere felt welcoming. Cleanliness and attention to detail were clear throughout. The staff made the biggest impression. They were professional, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help and making us feel valued. That service added a lot to the stay. There was also a lovely mix of refined comfort and authentic Arabian Omani hospitality. At the gate of the Arabian Gulf, it felt like a distinctive place to relax and find inspiration. I'd recommend it to anyone after a memorable stay with a touch of luxury.

Nelson and the whole team were especially welcoming and friendly. The hotel is right by Al Mouj Marina, with plenty of nice cafés just a few steps away. My room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had lots of good choices.

The rooms were modern and spotless, and the setting at Muscat Marina was beautiful. Everything felt organized and welcoming. More than anything, though, I appreciated how the team supported us during a very uncertain time. We were diverted to Muscat after an urgent landing because of recent incidents in the Gulf, while traveling from Colombo to Doha. Our unexpected stay at Mysk Al Mouj Hotel turned out to be a blessing in a stressful situation. From the moment we arrived, the staff were calm, professional, and caring. They helped with every detail, kept us updated, and even contacted Qatar Airways to share the latest developments. Their support gave us some peace of mind. Five stars, especially for staff who went above and beyond when we needed help.

The breakfast buffet had a good spread, including healthy choices like porridge and muesli with nuts and honey. I liked the open-plan lobby and restaurant, the modern rooms, and the courteous staff. Al Mouj has a nice modern hotel here, though the pool is small and crowded. Getting picked up was a hassle. OTaxi wouldn't work for pickup from mysk, and only their premium service could collect from there, at many times the price. There's no beach within walking distance, and beyond tours there isn't much to do around the marina. Lots of kids ride bikes and play around the marina, which may not suit everyone.
