The reception team were polite, friendly, and helpful the whole time, and their welcoming attitude made a great impression. I had a good stay overall at Grand Inn Hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the location was convenient. It felt worth the price, especially for a short stay in Muscat. I’d consider staying again.

Breakfast and the other amenities were just average, though enough for a short visit. The rooms were clean and basic, and the staff were polite, with an easy check-in and check-out. Grand Inn Hotel is handy for Al Ghubrah South and the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, and the price makes sense for that location. It’s a decent budget stay if convenience matters more to you than modern rooms or luxury.

There were plenty of food shops and grocery options nearby, and the staff were friendly, supportive, and very good. We rented a two-bedroom apartment that had a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and hot plate. The room itself was decent for the price, but there were no cooking utensils, barely any crockery, and no cutlery at all.

Oman mall is very close, and my stay at the Grand Inn Hotel was comfortable and hassle-free. The hospitality was warm and the service excellent.
