Divash made our stay especially memorable with his warmth, professionalism, and attentive service. He seemed to have a great overview of the whole restaurant, anticipated what guests needed, and still took time to connect personally. His potential is remarkable. Essam also made renting a car for our day trips easy and stress-free, with flexible, professional, efficient service. The whole team was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is close to the beach, so we could take easy walks at sunrise and sunset. Restaurant staff were kind and attentive, and went out of their way to accommodate my husband’s celiac-related gluten-free needs so he could safely enjoy Omani food. The chef spoke with us personally and made sure everything was prepared carefully and cleanly. The entire team was fantastic, and we’ll absolutely return on our next visit to Muscat.

Ms Su did a very professional job cleaning our room and making sure we had what we needed to feel comfortable. The room service staff were courteous and professional too, and always double-checked that they had everything right. We had a great experience.

We held a corporate event here, and everything went very well. Participants were very satisfied. The rooms were new, clean, and well organized, and the food was very good. Pooja was especially kind, organized, and attentive throughout planning and the event. Daniel from the audio-video service stayed in the conference room the whole time, offering steady support and making sure things ran smoothly. The staff were all helpful and professional. A great experience, highly recommended for corporate events.

The ballroom is huge and works perfectly for large events. The food was very tasty, especially the alfredo pasta, which I really enjoyed. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Thanks to Mr. Sahil and the team for their excellent assistance, and to Mr. Daniel for handling the technical setup and staying available the whole time. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel for big events. Hopefully we’ll hold our next event here too. It was all worth it.
