Mövenpick Hotel And Hotel Apartments Ghala Muscat

The restaurant team made us feel at home, with hospitality that felt like a 5 star experience. Imran and Ashish prepared delicious Indian food and served perfect kadak chai, Yadiya made a tasty omelet, and Miraj looked after us throughout breakfast with coffee and attentive service. Earlier, Beza from the front office welcomed me warmly, and concierge Ajay was very helpful. The room stay was smooth, and the housekeeping staff member from Uttarakhand kept everything clean and comfortable. Service was excellent from the moment I came through the gate. It was a memorable stay at the Mövenpick Hotel.

Sueb’s room cleaning stood out. He arranged everything carefully, greeted us with a smile, and was kind and professional throughout. The rooms stayed clean, refreshing, and well maintained. Mövenpick had a great atmosphere, attentive staff, and hospitality that made us feel at home. The comfort and service exceeded what we expected. Highly recommend it for a welcoming, relaxing stay.

After our 7-hour drive, Laith at reception made check-in quick and smooth and welcomed us with a friendly, professional manner. Raja in the restaurant was also a real help, checking on us with a genuine smile and making sure things were right. His attention made the meal more enjoyable. The property was spotless, maintained well, and comfortable. Our room was spacious and clean, just right for relaxing after the long drive from the UAE. Breakfast had plenty of good choices, and dinner was delicious and satisfying. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.

Everyone on staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, and Ubaidallah made us feel welcome at check-in. Mostafa was attentive and kind at the pool. The facilities were great too: a beautiful, well-kept pool, a modern, well-equipped gym, and convenient, efficient valet parking. The hotel and rooms were clean, well maintained, and comfortable for relaxing. Highly recommend it. I’d definitely return.
