Mr. Anu Mathur, the General Manager, made the stay stand out with how personally he looks after guests. He greets people warmly, sometimes offers first-time visitors a room upgrade, and even sends travelers off with dates for the road. If something goes wrong, like a flat tire or a forgotten item that needs bringing from another city, he has been known to step in and help. Small room or internet problems get sorted quickly, too. He also knows Nizwa well and spends time sharing maps, route advice, local restaurants, and less obvious places to visit, including Misfat Al Abriyyin. First-time visitors can contact him before arrival for help planning their trip. Booking directly through Nizwa Hotel Apartments may offer better rates or a possible upgrade.

Mr. Anu Mathur, the GM, gave us such a warm welcome that we felt at home straight away. The apartment was roomy and clean, and we had a really comfortable stay. Great hospitality.

The apartment was affordable, clean, and roomy, with a living room, kitchen, cupboard, and washing machine. I do wish there had been a drying rack and an iron with an ironing board. The nearest grocery store is about 10-15 minutes away, which can be inconvenient unless you plan ahead. I stayed with my family for two nights and enjoyed it. The standout for me was how spacious it was.
