The peaceful atmosphere and helpful, friendly staff made my stay at Muscat Hills Hotel in Muscat really pleasant. It was clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and reliable Wi-Fi that worked well for business or leisure. The location was convenient, and I thought it was good value. Highly recommended if you want a nice stay in Muscat.

We were too exhausted to ask for a different room or hotel after arriving at 2 a.m. There was dirt everywhere, so we ended up sleeping in the same position all night. Horrible conditions, unlike anything I’ve experienced in any hotel I’ve stayed at. Not recommended.

Construction noise nearby started at 6am and kept going until checkout. I couldn’t sleep all night, recorded a video of the noise, and was driven mad by it. The room also wasn’t clean, the AC was extremely hot, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I’m very unhappy and regret booking this hotel. Definitely not recommended.

I’m staying here right now. The reception staff have been very helpful, the room is clean and the sheets are fresh, and the views are great. I’d come back if I need accommodation in the area.

The beach view from the room was my favorite, and the night view was great too. I came to Oman to extend my visit and booked a stay here. The staff were kind and helpful, service was good, and the rooms were neat and clean. Everything was good, and the people were always willing to help. Thank you for the service.
