The view and location are beautiful, but the room smelled unbearable. We checked out four days ago and our clothes still stink. The place is a bit run down too.

Francis welcomed us and was amazing, always ready to help. The rest of the staff were great too. The hotel is clean, and although it’s an old building, the toilets and showers in the rooms are brand new, which mattered most to us. It’s a big place, and I can imagine how lively it must have been a few years ago. Wishing it all the best and lots of prosperity! You’re right in the heart of Qurum beach, with plenty of food spots nearby. Intercontinental is just across the road, and the beach has a nice, multicultural crowd. There’s also a club on the other side of the hotel, but we had no disturbances at all. Maybe we were lucky, or maybe that’s usual. I think avoiding Fridays and Saturdays could make for your best stay on the Muscat beachfront.
