Best Western Premier Muscat Hotel

The breakfast was a highlight every day, with excellent quality and taste. There was plenty to choose from, including Indian and American options and many other varieties. June and Sanket were especially lovely and attentive. Each morning they greeted us with warm smiles, asked how breakfast was, and checked whether we needed anything. That personal care made us feel welcome. We had a very comfortable stay at Best Western Premier, Oman, with wonderful hospitality and service. We’d love to stay again.

We were invited to try the Ramadan Iftar Buffet at Best Western Premier. At 9 OMR plus VAT per person, it felt like good value for the range and quality. The spacious atrium makes a pleasant setting for families, groups, or corporate gatherings. It starts with dates and traditional Ramadan drinks, then hot mezze such as kibbeh, samosas, and pakoras. There’s also a well-stocked salad bar with hummus, mutabal, fattoush, tabbouleh, and international options. Main dishes include Omani, Arabic, and international choices, with Lamb Ouzi, Chicken Mandi, grilled hammour, mixed grills, and different rice dishes among the highlights. For dessert, there’s Umm Ali, assorted Arabic sweets, mousse cakes, cheesecakes, and fresh fruit. A good Iftar experience to consider during Ramadan.

June is the staff member who really stands out. She’s so sweet, kind, and welcoming, greets us warmly each time, and makes everything feel homely through her genuine care. The rest of the staff are polite and helpful too, and whenever we call, they arrive almost immediately. Service is quick and attentive. The breakfast is fresh, well prepared, and thoughtfully served. Chef Sakenth deserves special mention for keeping the quality and taste consistently high. A very pleasant stay, with lovely staff and a great breakfast. Thank you ✨

I keep returning because this place is such good value. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are super friendly, and breakfast is delicious. There’s a gym and a pool too.
