Summit Hotel Suites القمة للأجنحة الفندقيه

The reception area had a lovely, welcoming feel, and the staff throughout the hotel were professional, friendly, and very helpful. They greeted us with smiles. I stayed here for a few days during a family vacation. Our room was spacious and had all the essentials. I’d gladly recommend this hotel to tourists and will be back soon.

We were told kitchenware and cooking utensils would be provided, but nothing arrived. The kitchen had only a fridge and gas cooker, and there was no restaurant or lobby service. The place didn’t match what was advertised, and the staff were rude. We paid for 24 nights, then left for another hotel, but they kept the remaining balance instead of refunding it. Around 800 USD went down the drain because they misrepresented the services and wouldn’t return the money for the unused nights. The location is remote and has no services nearby. Not recommended.

We had a very good three nights in the spacious 2 bed rooms - living room. It was clean and neat.

Good service, very reasonable prices, and a really good stay.
