The owner kept in touch throughout the booking and our stay, and was really pleasant to deal with. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well looked after. It’s also in a great spot, about a five-minute walk from Nizwa’s main attractions and the city center. We had a very good stay, and the value for money makes this an easy recommendation for a visit to Nizwa.
There’s a nice view from the large windows, and the apartment has all the facilities we needed. It was roomy and comfortable, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nizwa Fort is within walking distance.
We had a city view in several directions, and the free WiFi made this a comfortable, practical base for exploring Nizwa. The host sent clear arrival instructions and was helpful with questions on WhatsApp. We drove, and there was free parking nearby for tourists, though during Ramadan the area around Al Atlal apartment got packed in the evenings and finding a spot was tricky. The apartment room was spacious and comfortable, close to Nizwa Fort. A few things could be better: the kitchen corner was short on basic utensils, the carpet had some stains, and the sofa bed wasn’t really usable for sleeping. They gave us a small portable bed instead. Otherwise, the place was clean and practical.
Right in the middle of Nizwa market, with a view of the street and the Fort. The room was clean and had a Smart TV and coffee machine. Staff were nice and quick to communicate. My only observation is that the Wifi was slow.
Al Atlal Apartment was very clean and in an excellent location, and the value was even better than I expected. I really enjoyed staying here. Fully recommend it, and I’ll stay here again when I’m back in Nizwa.
