Green View Hotel

The rooms are clean, the beds are good, and the service is good for the price. Breakfast and dinner were nice too, though food seemed limited, so get there on time. The view was okay, and parking was tight but manageable.

The trails, mountains, and beautiful views are easy to reach from here. What really made the stay was the restaurant service from Rakim (young man from Sti Lanka). I’ve spent 15 years in the 5 star luxury business and have a hospitality degree, and this young gentleman really stands out for his friendliness, efficiency, attention to guests’ needs, and anticipating what they might need. I hope he’s valued for what he brings to the operation. ❤️💯🙏

The location is handy, close to all services, and the price felt worth it. We got the nice view we’d asked for, and reception were kind and helpful. The food was average, and the restaurant needs more attention to cleaning.

The reception and restaurant staff were very nice, but that was the only real positive for me. The hotel looks fancy in photos, yet the building feels cheaply made. My room was dirty, with grime on the wall and carpet; the bathroom was chalky, and used flip flops were lying around. It took ages for the water heater to warm the water. There was also a lot of noise: construction continued until 9pm, and from the hallway I could hear the elevator and every noise from neighboring guests, including nose and throat clearing early in the morning. The food was worst of all. The rice and grilled chicken looked and tasted like they were from the day before. We left most of dinner behind and skipped the included breakfast. I can’t recommend this place. Go somewhere else, like Sama Hotel, which is about the same price and has a great view of the mountain range.
