The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and well-organized space for personal belongings. There are plenty of bathrooms and showers. The hotel is right in the city center, which is an excellent location. It does need regular maintenance.

Our first room was noisy because of the air-conditioning unit outside. Staff were keen to move us, even in the middle of the night, and helped us carry our suitcases. The replacement room was excellent, and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The staff were nice and friendly, and the rooms are large.

It’s an economical, decent place to stay, with spacious, clean rooms. The building is old and needs considerable renovation. Restaurant choices are limited, and the pool needs cleaning. The staff are working hard to meet guests’ needs, though there aren’t many of them.

The rooms are large, but we found mosquitoes on the bed. There’s no porter service, so we had to carry all our luggage ourselves, which was especially difficult with so many bags. Breakfast was below average in its choice of food. The room phones don’t work, so reporting any problem meant going to reception in person.

The location is great and the rooms are good, but we found mosquitoes and other insects. The buffet breakfast was pathetic. Service was okay, though we had to call two or three times to get anything brought to the room. The gym and swimming pool need major renovation.
