Hotel Intercity Salalah Hotel

For our two nights and three days at IntercityHotel Salalah, we booked a couple’s room and had a wonderful, comfortable stay. The experience, from service through to the rest of the visit, was excellent. Breakfast cost 3 OMR per person and had a good choice of food. The staff were accommodating and kindly gave us a late checkout when we asked, which we really appreciated. It’s a luxurious, comfortable place to stay in Salalah at a very reasonable budget. Highly recommended.

We spent four days here and had a nice stay with good food and a small rooftop pool. It’s very central, easy to get to the airport, and a car is useful for reaching the beaches. The area might feel a bit loud to some people, but it didn’t bother us. Clean, good service, and a nice price-performance ratio.

I found the staff genuinely caring and well trained, and the hotel felt welcoming and homely. My room was spotless on arrival, with a lovely city view, and housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. A big thanks to Mr. Prakash at the front desk for being friendly and offering helpful suggestions. He quickly fixed an issue with my room key card. A comfortable stay that exceeded my expectations.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well organised, and daily service kept them that way. Breakfast is a wonderful open buffet with excellent variety and quality, and service was prompt. The staff are pleasant, helpful, and cordial, and you can feel they’re trying hard to improve how they treat guests. We messed up the safe lock by trying too many times. Their engineer, Murad, came right away and stayed until we’d securely changed the combination. We recommend Intercity Hotel to visitors to Salalah, Oman. It offers good quality service at a reasonable price. Thanks to all the staff for their effort, especially the smiling local receptionists who welcomed us each day after our long tours.
