The building is brand new, with lots of open space and a good view from the room. The TV has a limited range of Arabic channels. Breakfast was okay, but its presentation and cleanliness fell short of expectations. Staff still need training, and the rooms have neither a workstation for a laptop nor a comfortable chair to relax in. Prices should come down by 20-25%.

I loved the breakfast variety, the helpful staff and the beautiful service. The resort is in the middle of the Wadi Jarziz area, with lovely views of mountains, orchards and trees 😍😍. It's close to the airport, mountains, city and tourist areas, and the price is reasonable. The place is stunning, the best resort I've ever visited, and I'd highly recommend Salalah Dreamland Resort.

The location is beautiful, prices are good, and the staff are very polite, welcoming and cooperative. Some finishing work in the villas needs attention: electrical cables stick out of the walls, and the backlighting hasn't been installed properly. The private villa and upper room pools aren't heated. There's also no elevator or luggage delivery for the upper rooms, so climbing two floors above the ground level with bags is tiring and a serious problem. I tried to book a balcony room, but was surprised by a three-story staircase. Because of my back problem, I had to pay more for a ground-floor room. Breakfast should include eggs cooked to order, such as omelets or fried eggs. Guests shouldn't have to rely on the pre-cooked eggs, which are often cold. Wishing you success.
