Today House Suites 2

There are shops for everyday needs all around, and Mr.Mohamed, the owner, was very kind and welcoming. He gave me a useful plan for visiting Salalah’s attractions, with easy access through google map. The flats are clean, spacious, and family-friendly, with kitchen amenities and an automatic washing machine. The staff were very cooperative, and I had an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for visitors during khareef salalah.

The rooms are a good size, and the location is worth the 3 stars. Cleanliness, though, is only 2 out of 5. After asking, it takes forever for them to clean the flat, and there are no cleaning supplies available. One wash basin tap only gives normal water and doesn’t work, so if the heater is on you’re left with the hot side. We had to fold the rug away because it was super dirty. Two of the three mattresses have no protective cover, and no towels are provided. The TV receiver isn’t set up, so each time you turn the TV on you have to scan and settle it. I’d suggest fixing the elevator too.

It’s okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment is really close to the "city center". I chose it for the price and cleanliness, though cleanliness was only 2 out of 5 stars.

The suite apartment is quiet and relaxing, and the kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom is quite a bit bigger than the living room. Housekeeping did a very good job, and the ambience is nice. It’s newly built, so everything feels new. The staff looking after the place are always available, and the market and food joints are within 100 to 500 meters, so it’s easy to find what you need.
