I wouldn't recommend staying here. The staff were rude and the service was very poor. There's no cafeteria, and the breakfast food they bring in from outside arrived completely cold.

Clean hotel at an affordable price. Thanks to all the staff.

The rooms are large and the price is very low, but they really need renovation, especially the bathroom, which was in quite poor condition. The stay itself was okay. You can't pay by card, and they had no change for cash, so finding smaller money became my problem. That's not what I'd call customer service. Next time in Sur, I'll stay somewhere else.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. The hotel is near a beach, but the beach is very dirty, so we wouldn't recommend it. The hotel sits on a main road and is noisy, with windows that don't block much sound. The rooms weren't very clean either.

The internet was a little weak, but there are discounts on breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus a partnership with Sur Grand Hotel. The hotel is near the beach, an Omani restaurant, and a petrol station with lots of services. The staff were respectful and nice. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was good and spacious. The hotel is good, and I recommend trying both hotels.
