We wish we'd stayed longer. The outlook was amazing, and the big windows made the place feel open and cool, surrounded by so much green. The hosts were lovely and have a sensational garden around the property, while also giving us space to enjoy it on our own. The house had all the useful things travelers need, from sharp knives and teaspoons to spices and cocktail shakers, plus beautiful art and comfy chairs. It felt like a proper, beautifully furnished home, a real contrast with the pop-up AirBnB apartments full of Ikea furniture and supermarket cookware. Being a little farther from town was worth it, and taxis were easier to find than I expected.
