We had an amazing family trip to Boquete, with this as our main hotel. The views were amazing, and we loved the game zone and outdoor area. The rooms are a little old, but the service was very good, and the restaurant was the cherry on top. I felt the money was well spent at Hotel Valle del Rio. Thanks so much, we’ll definitely return.

The relaxing brook out back, casual feel, restaurant, and staff all made for a great stay. If you’re going to Boquete, check out the hotel before choosing where to stay.

I liked the hotel enough to book two more nights for the following week. It’s in a beautiful location, with nice rooms and friendly staff. My two complaints are about noise and the walk into town. The restaurant plays music all day until around 1 AM, with the bass turned up loud. That drowns out the river’s lovely sounds and could bother light sleepers in rooms on the river side. The narrow road to town also makes the walk a little dicey. Apart from those things, it’s a really good hotel.

The onsite dining was very good, and the hotel staff were super kind and accommodating. They took good care of us, and we enjoyed our stay. I’d recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.
