We’ve stayed here twice now and plan to return soon. The hotel is accessible for disabled guests, and everyone is willing to help, which makes it especially suitable for families with special needs or disabled adults. Staff and management are professional and friendly. The rooms have useful things, including a little bottle of champagne for New Year’s Eve, and we love their cafe.

I enjoyed both of my stays here, and the staff have all been incredibly courteous. The water in my fourth-floor room stayed cold for three days while I waited to see if it would heat up. When I finally asked to move, they arranged the room change almost immediately and without any complaint.

Erika, Abigail, and Atisha were a pleasure to be around during all six days of my stay. They were friendly and helpful throughout, and I can’t imagine the visit being any more enjoyable. I’d recommend this Inn.

The pool is large and there’s a free gym, so my stay was OK overall. The hotel does show its age, though, and some basics I expect from a four-star place were missing, like a bathroom door that locks, a detachable shower head, and soap dispensers. Watch the extra charges: our Booking.com reservation for a three-person room was $120 for one night, but city and service taxes plus breakfast at $13 per person brought the total close to $200.

The food was very good, with regional specialties, and the staff were amazing. It’s also well placed for visiting cultural, historical, and environmental attractions. My only gripe was that the room didn’t have a mini fridge. Everything else more than made up for it, and I’d highly recommend the hotel.
