Luxury Canyon Suites

The place was peaceful and felt safe, suited to a relaxing getaway or a longer stay. Everything was well maintained, and the care showed in the details throughout. My room was spacious, modern, exceptionally clean, and comfortable enough to fully unwind. From arrival, the professional, friendly staff were always willing to help and made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd definitely return.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and modern, and the facilities were well kept, elegant, and set up for guests to relax. The staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to help, making the stay really enjoyable. The hotel's quality, care with details, and high service standard stood out. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it and return without hesitation.

It's a quiet, well-organized place with a lovely atmosphere for relaxing. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean, and the facilities are spotless and better than expected. Staff were friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail, making me feel welcome. The service, quality, and comfort make this place stand out. Highly recommend it, and I'm eager to come back.

The price felt high for what you get, and there are better choices in town. I wouldn't rate this as a luxury or international four- or five-star hotel. The way in was difficult, with no proper road leading to the hotel. The pool is tiny, really only for children to splash in, and there aren't enough loungers. The restaurant looks uninviting, as if its tables and chairs are being stored there, and the floor is dirty. It's not always open in the morning, so sometimes you can't get coffee or food anywhere in the hotel. On arrival, the floor hadn't been cleaned, the bedside tables were stained, the glasses were dirty, and so was the bath mat. There was no concierge, no housekeeper to clean or make up the rooms, and no safe. Toiletries were limited to shampoo and a small bar of soap.
