The hotel grounds and atmosphere are gorgeous and really relaxing. We upgraded to a beach-view room and were glad we did: from the balcony, we could see the pools, the well-kept grounds, and the ocean. The beach isn’t suitable for swimming. Since the property is pretty removed from everything else, it’s best for a quiet getaway. We felt one or two nights was ideal for unplugging and recharging. We booked all-inclusive. There was a good overall food selection, though breakfast buffet was just okay for us. Starfish Grill became our regular spot for lunch and breakfast. The Chinese restaurant was decent and had a nice range of sushi. Jahir was an excellent server, attentive and friendly. Tierra y Fuego was the standout, with a “chef’s kiss” experience for both food and service. Service at the café was excellent too, and we enjoyed the hot drinks, while the pastries were average. My sister thought her facial and massage at the spa were just okay. We wished there were hot tubs by the main pool, but for an extra $30 we could use the spa’s hot tub, sauna, and steam room, which made for a nice way to relax. The pools close at 7pm.

I’d go back soon with my kids. Love, love Dreams playa Bonita. The resort is all-inclusive, with very good food and drinks, and it’s beautiful. Our room faced the private beach, where we often took morning walks along the shore. It’s easily the best vacation spot I’ve ever been to. Everyone was nice, from the airport immigration officers to people on the street and the great folks at the resort.

The activities team, Cielo, Vivian, Genesis, Alberto, and Giovana, brought lots of energy and made everyone feel included. Every activity was fun. Chef Ruben made the cooking class interactive and enjoyable, and Saylys from housekeeping kept things comfortable with careful, detail-oriented work. We were celebrating a birthday week, and the staff helped make our stay wonderful. At Asiana, Jahir was friendly and attentive, making our dinner celebration memorable. At Pacifica, Yesenia, Milagro, Alfredo, and Michael were consistently warm and professional. Vicente, the Starfish Supervisor, also helped make the experience very positive. The staff made the trip unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Saylys, who handles room cleaning on the 12th floor, made a real difference to my stay at The Westin Playa Bonita. The room was always spotless, organized, and refreshed with care. She was kind and professional, and greeted me with a warm smile every time. The hotel felt relaxing, clean, and well looked after from the moment I arrived. I especially enjoyed the views, atmosphere, and comfort. People like Saylys make a stay unforgettable. Thanks to her dedication, I had an exceptional visit and would gladly return and recommend the hotel.

We spent our anniversary in Panama at the Westin Playa Bonita, and it was a relaxing, memorable trip. The oceanfront room was spacious and had amazing views. We had breakfast at Pacifica every morning, and Marilyn Gonzalez attended to us each time. She’s a sweet, hardworking person who always made us feel welcome and gave us outstanding service. We appreciate her and the whole hardworking crew at the Westin Playa Bonita. Thanks for making our trip special. We’ll certainly return.
