The terminal is only a one-minute walk away. We arrived without planning ahead and the woman at reception was lovely, helping us out with a room that had a balcony. Thanks so much! We were really happy to find this place. The room was completely clean, and I loved how fresh the sheets and towels smelled.

There's a restaurant on site and the food is good. The people were very friendly too. I stayed overnight on my way from Changuinola to catch a plane to Panama City, and it's a handy place if you're traveling by bus.

The staff were very accommodating, and breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was good. For the price, it was a very good stay, even though the place is dated. Just note there are no elevators, so getting to the third floor means climbing four flights of stairs. I'm sure we'll return for future mission trips.

Sr. Eugenio at reception was helpful and took the time to answer my questions. The room was very clean, breakfast was good, and the customer service was excellent. I stayed here while traveling to David, and the location is really convenient, especially being close to the bus terminal.

The service was great and the rooms were clean. I gave it three stars because Panama is a third world country, but it does have very good four- and five-star hotels similar to hotels in the United States and Europe.
